Odoo implementation rescue
Odoo implementation gone sideways? We fix that.
Independent Odoo consultants who maximise what's built-in before building custom. We rescue stuck implementations, clean up messy databases, and only develop what you actually need.
Out-of-the-box first, custom last.
We clean the data, strip the bloat, and only then decide what needs building.

You're not alone. Most Odoo implementations don't fail because of the software—they fail because of how they're run.

Implementation Rescue
Stuck mid-implementation? We diagnose what's gone wrong, identify the gaps between your processes and your system, and get your project back on track—whether that means fixing what's there or course-correcting before it's too late.
Learn about rescue engagements →Pre-Implementation Scoping
Considering Odoo or early in your journey? We assess your processes, analyse what works out-of-the-box versus what needs customisation, and deliver specifications you can take to any partner. Clarity before commitment.
Learn about scoping →Database Cleanup
Duplicate contacts. Orphaned records. Legacy data from a migration that wasn't quite right. We clean up Odoo databases so you can trust your data again—and your reports actually mean something.
Learn about cleanup →Custom Development
When native functionality genuinely doesn't fit, we build what you need. Custom modules, integrations, workflow automation—developed properly, documented clearly, and designed to survive upgrades.
Learn about development →Our approach
Our approach: out-of-the-box first
Odoo is powerful. Far more powerful than most implementations give it credit for.
Before we write a single line of custom code, we exhaust every native feature, every configuration option, every standard workflow. Not because custom development is bad—but because unnecessary custom development creates technical debt, upgrade headaches, and costs you money you didn't need to spend.
When customisation genuinely is the answer, we build it properly. But we'll never tell you that you need something you don't.
Results, not promises
Results, not promises
A few examples of what "back on track" looks like.
The Situation
Eight months into implementation with a partner who kept saying "two more weeks." Inventory module wasn't reflecting actual stock. Finance couldn't close a month.
What We Did
Diagnostic review revealed the warehouse workflows had been over-customised instead of configured properly. We stripped back the custom code, reconfigured using native features, and rebuilt the stock valuation.
The Outcome
Live within six weeks. First clean month-end close in the company's Odoo history.
The Situation
Post-go-live chaos. MRP was generating phantom demand, purchase orders were duplicating, and the production team had gone back to spreadsheets.
What We Did
Root cause analysis traced the issues to bill of materials setup and a custom module that conflicted with standard MRP logic. We corrected the BoM structures and removed the problematic customisation.
The Outcome
MRP running clean. Spreadsheets retired. Planning team trusts the system.
The Situation
Database full of duplicate customers from a Shopify integration done without deduplication rules. Customer service couldn't find order history. Marketing lists were unreliable.
What We Did
Full database cleanup: identified duplicates, merged records preserving order history, and implemented matching rules to prevent future duplicates.
The Outcome
Customer count went from 47,000 to 31,000 (real). Single customer view restored. Marketing finally has clean segments.
Why we're not an Odoo partner (on purpose)
Why we're not an Odoo partner (on purpose)
The Odoo partner programme requires selling licenses to generate revenue. That's not a criticism—it's just a business model. But it creates incentives that don't always align with what's best for you.
Partners need to sell. They need to bill hours. They need to justify their margin.
We don't. We're paid to solve your problem as efficiently as possible. If the answer is "use the native feature you already have," that's what we'll tell you. If the answer is "your current partner just needs better direction," we'll tell you that too.
Independence isn't a limitation. It's the point.
12+ years across borders
12+ years across borders
We've implemented Odoo for businesses in the UK, US, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, and beyond. Manufacturing, distribution, retail, services—from 10-person teams to multi-site operations.
That cross-border experience matters. We've seen what works in different regulatory environments, dealt with multi-currency complexity, and learned that "best practices" often need local adaptation.
Not sure what you need?
That's fine. Most people who contact us know something's wrong but aren't sure exactly what—or what the fix should be.
